1992 CR250 linkage bolt

I’m in the middle of a 1992 restoration. When I was tearing the bike down, the front linkage bolt was stuck so bad that it had to be cut out. I am in search of a new one but having absolutely no luck. The OEM part number is 90130-KZ3-861....the bolt is 15x109.5. Does anyone happen to have one of these or can recommend a solution? Does anyone know of a place that could make a custom bolt to these specs? Thanks
