Shock almost certainly not, forks are probably doable with correct bearings and stem. Would need front wheel as well most likely. All balls racing has a good conversion calculator on there site that will give you an idea how hard/easy it is

Forks should be easy. I put 2007 SSS forks on my 96 kx125. You usually just have to swap the steering stem into the clamps. Easiest to do the whole front end because you know it all lines up.

So yesterday I just went for it and pulled the whole front end off a kx250f 2013 (forks, clamps, wheel, brake system) and got the stem pressed out and found out the kx stem is a hair line smaller then the kxf stem to the point you could push the kx stem in the kxf clamps with out a press so then I decided to go with it and press the lower bearing on the stem which took out that Smiggin bit of play between the clamp and stem.
When I started to put the parts on the kx I found the top clamp had some play between the clamp and stem also so I simply shimmed it and that resolved that small issues so I hope this will help with people in the future !! Next challenge will be trying the shock out ..

The possibilities are endless. I have yz forks on my kx, Yz forks for my xr, and klx forks for my z50.

Did you keep the standard shock with the kx 125
