No kick start, New valves. lash is correct, timing correct, has good spark, new fuel pump, new piston and rings,
I do not see fuel squirt into the cylinder, have tried starting fluid but will not fire. Is there a sensor that we allow spark but will not let engine start?

What color is your spark?
Bright Blue spark at the correct time with good compression with good fuel delivery equals a running engine.
A weak spark of another color will not always create fire under the compression of the engine.

Did you install the new valves or did you have them done?
Where the valve seats cut or replaced?
How do you know the cam timing and ignition timing are both correct?
Was the cam chain also replaced?

Yes, the 2011 kxf 250 only has 1 mark and it is very faint. I just completed a leak down check and the new intake valves are not sealing, I do not know if its a bend valve or broken spring or what.
