Bike started before I put it away for winter. We have no voltage going to the fuel pump. The fuel pump does work, plugged it in to my other bike. The bike turns over but fuel pump won’t run. Any ideas? Thank you!

Do a load test of the battery. It is most likely weak. What voltage does it show when cranking?

Yes that relay can cause issues , but unless the battery will carry the load it will not work.

Didn’t test battery but seems fine, only 6 months old. The FI light does not light up either. Could it be bad voltage regulator? Not getting power to ecu either

To locate the cause of your problems, you need to do some testing. Start with the battery under a load test and work your way from there. The old " I know it's ok" is not testing and has no base to do the other testing. You want to be sure you have good load voltage to the relay switch just to get started. Most OEM batteries are junk right from the factory. Batteries can be bad a still show 12 plus volts when not under a load and then will not deliver the correct voltage when under a load. I find that most electrical issues with bikes are simple issues to find and correct if you do the testing. After the battery test the starter relay. It controls the starter and the fuel pump.

Update: after trying everything I decided to take bike to the dealer. They plugged it in to the computer and the wire harness went bad. Have to replace harness. Thanks for the suggestions!

THE ODDS OF AN ENTIRE WIRING HARNESS GOING BAD ARE ASTRONOMICAL (Unless you stored your bike submerged in a tank of water, or it was struck by lightning)... I strongly doubt their diagnosis, There may be a break, short, or corrosion in a wire located within the harness, and while replacing the entire harness may fix the problem it just seems like a half baked attempt as well as a costly repair... Find a schematic and test each pin from the ecm to its termination point for continuity as well as resistance... Same applies to the ground connections...

Are you talking about the earth strap? Those go bad, but can be cleaned up.
As Paul says, seems like an incorrect diagnosis to me, unless you are from the tropics.
