Thanks man there’s a few things left to do but it’s definitely my favorite room in the house. Having the home gym has been really nice with COVID-19.

I’ll have the wheels and everything ready to install this weekend. I’ve been swamped at work and have a 8 month old and one on the way so I really only get time on the weekend.

Bike's looking good!

By chance did you race with CMC back in the late 00's and early 10's?

Bike looks amazing! Any changes to the linkage/knuckle or rear axle as well? How much change in power delivery did you notice with the headwork? I had my 350 with the mapping done by TD, but I'm running a 366 kit and some other stuff. Was saving for cams/head work later down the road.

This is what you need for drilling the wholes in the c/f guards. Got an extra one if you haven't drilled them yet. 1/4 dia.

I found it on some European site, it was a little expensive but I love it. PM me and I’ll try and find the exact place I purchased it from.

Good old Tusk from Rocky Mountain. There’s certain things I’ll buy from them and this thing works great for builds and when removing wheels or suspension.

Installed the forks and shock today, paired the XACT Pros with the Xtrig ROCS Pro in black and the Precision Racing Parabolic Damper. I do a bit of off-road and race GP’s and it’s nice to have for the high speed stuff. I love that it’s compact and doesn’t change my bar position at all. You can barely tell it’s there with the bar pad installed.

I also got to Cerakote all the parts this afternoon. It’s a bit of a process but fairly easy. I first sand blast all the parts with a fine media to give the Cerakote a better surface to stick to. I then clean the parts with solvent, throw it in the oven at 250 for 30 minutes to burn out any residue. I then apply 6 light coats with a small detail sprayer. Once they’re all done I throw them back in the oven at 250 for 2 hours and they’re ready to go. This is Sniper Grey H-235 and it’s available at cerakote.com

love your build. I have the same bike and this thread inspired me to get started on my build. I'm going to use the same cerakote color since yours came out so on point looks identical to the factory cases. I was thinking of ordering the Rockstar editions ignition cover since it doesn't have those grooves the ktm ones come with, its plain like the actually factory bikes. what fusion bar bend did you run in that first picture of your bike.
