Is this bike legal in the stock 50cc classes?

The SXS bikes were legal in the stock class, so I don't see why the factory edition would be any different.

That’s my understanding of the rules. It’s an oem stock bike therefore AMA limited legal. No different than what Cobra pulls with the 50 FWE.

If the ktm 250sxf factory edition is legal the 50 is no different

Yes. The KTM fwe 50 is legal in the 50cc limited classes.

Around here (the south) and especially at Lorettas the classes are labeled 50cc stock. I guess its somewhat open to interpretation, just dont want to spend 5k on a guess. cant really find any concrete wording on the bike.

Limited class is the wording now and that fwe is legal in that class
