Cr250 running 50/50 sunoco standard and pump 91 at 32:1. Bike has a bog down low. Currently running lectron carb and typical bolt on parts. Bike randomly started having this bog issue, replaced servo and piston ring to no avail.

What compression are you showing when it is tested?
Have you done a leak test?

I see what looks like a bit of a rich condition, but I also see an oil condition.
The rich condition can be caused by low compression and the oil condition may be caused by a bad crank seal on the clutch side.

The photo also shows signs of may be running old fuel mix. Is you fuel mix fresh?

Have you done a chop test using a new spark plug?

Thanks for reply paw paw, the fuel mix is fresh and the ring has 5 hours on it. The last compression test was at 220 psi. I performed a leak test and found a massive air leak at the reed cage. The insulator is not sealing. I need to seal it up so I can then check the main seals which I suspect is the issue with the oil. Can I Honda bond around the insulator and put a paper gasket in between to solve the problem?
