West Alameda before ya get to C470 on the south side of W Alameda. They ran Nationals there before Thunder Valley

I remember many of the names being brought up in this thread. Makes me teary eyed for the old days. Raced there many times. It was old school of course, hard pack, loose stuff here and there, mostly natural with old tires and snow fence right up to the race track. I should dig out old pictures just for fun.

Level 3 AC collar bone there in summer of 81. Long left hand sweeper and caught a rock and high side. Dang.

Boo beat a few factory riders overall in 79 and 80. I think the race where he holeshot and led Hannah till the last race was 79.
