Anybody have ideas or recommendations on trackers to place on your dirt bike in case it were to ever get stolen?

I’ve thought about one of those Tile things but I think they only work if you’re within a certain distance.

Insurance is the best option. To use a tracker it would need to be connected to a satellite in order to track it.

Just get insurance from the same people you use for your car. 300 a year and covers if you crash it so hard it’s totaled. They can remove the tracker.

Insure it. You don’t want them back after they’re stolen. Fire/theft policies are Cheap. $60-90/year

Show me where you can get theft and fire coverage on a $10k bike for $60.

I have State Farm. It’s 300 a year for me. And it covers any theft. You won’t want the bike back after it’s stolen. And the cops will not help you FYI

Finally started insuring my offroad bike 2 years ago when I bought a 2018 yz250x and was surprised how affordable it was. Comprehensive ($43) and liability($8) cost me $51 for the year with Progressive. This is attached to a multi motorcycle policy that I in 20 years I have never had a claim against so that may help, but I was really happy with the rate and gives me peace of mind.
