Gaffer oversized wave help

What is this? I have KTM 250SX and dont see a part like this. Does it go on as an adapter?

It’s an adapter that goes onto your caliber. You’ll have to remove your caliper off your forks, remove the brake pads and slide out the oem one. Swap over the pins and seals to the new one slide it back in and put your pads in and bolt it back onto the fork lug.
