Had someone email me about making a 1:1 replica of the Pro Circuit kx125/250 linkage for him.
I have a new PC linkage I can send to Phil Denton Engineering for him to measure and replicate, he estimates the cost being right around $500 usd, this does not include bearings or anodizing(both of those will be up to you to have done). attached is some of the linkages he's made for old cr's:
As you can see his work is second-to-none and I have 100% confidence he can do this perfectly.
He also made me some custom hollow Ti Bolts for the Linkage as seen below, these are all but impossible to find/buy for the kx's, having them made was my only option, they would be in the ballpark of $200.
Just putting out the feelers right now to see if there is any interest in this, as I don't really wanna go through the work to make one replica linkage system.
You would need to pay in full up front- no refunds once the order is placed, and supply me an email that I can have on file to keep you updated on the progress. Not sure how long it would take yet(my bolts took about 4 months because of the amount of work he had lined up in front of me) but that would be told before the order was placed.

The options are as follows:
-ONLY Ti linkage Bolts
-ONLY Complete linkage/knuckle(no bearings or anodizing.)
-BOTH Complete linkage and Ti Bolts
If you want me to do the bearings/seals and/or anodizing, that can be arranged at your cost(including parts, to/from shipping, and anodizing cost, and whatever other cost may be associated with it).

Not really interested in doing this anymore. Sorry. I think someone had it done at one point through the guy that makes the steering stops, but maybe it never happened.

Do you know anyone that can make a replica PC linkage? Or if you know anyone that has PC linkage for sale? Any help finding these PC parts would be greatly appreciated.

Trick Eng is who DV is referring to. He makes the steering stops. I know he has made some RM linkage. Maybe enough interest can get him to produce KX.

I’ve been throwing around the idea of making a few sets of replicas, I have a pc link that I’ve already modeled up and programmed. Just need to order some materials and get the time to do a few sets. I’d be happy to take down names so I have a general idea of how many to make. I do my own in house anodizing and laser etching so custom colors and custom engraving would be available. Here is a version I've done, with an adjustable length to allow some tunability. Not sure yet If I should go this route, or stay to the original PC design. Any input would be appreciated
