Bearings and balance shaft parts are brand new OEM. The crank has the rod that came after the ones that broke. Being a used crank I would still advise to install a new rod and bearing. I priced it with that in mind for the buyer.

What shape are the shrouds and air box cover in?

Also Is it worth while to replace the balance shaft assembly on a 2016 bike? I assume you have some experience with this? I’ve only heard of the stories from the 2014 and I think some 2015 bikes. I have a 16, and would not like to have a catastrophic failure if I can get these parts from you for that cheap. Also, just one more quick question, do the cases need split to replace the balance shaft?

Shrouds and cover are in really good shape. I don't think you will have any problems with the balance shaft on 16. You do have to split the cases to replace it so if you are planning on doing that then you might as well replace all the internals to the 17 parts. This shaft assembly was going to go into a 15 motor but I sold it before I needed to split the cases.
