I ordered some parts from here for the first time on April27th. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone whether thru chat or email or phone. Chat never available and whenI call its busy?? Wondering if others have ordered from here and how their experience was?

I ordered from there before and didnt have any trouble. That was long before this carona virus shit so who knows now.

I've used them a couple of times for OEM Honda parts. Had no problems at all , but didn't need to call or email for anything.

I’ve only had one experience with another company they own, KTM twins and it was not a positive one. From the research I did KTM Twins service was great until BikeBandit bought them.

I've used them before- a year or so ago, with no issues. Many companies are having staffing issues and therefore fulfillment issues due to the restrictions, and it affects supply chains too.

But they do have "banditt" in their name, so there's that....
