So I have a 2006 crf 250 I’m working on. Was missing/running rough.
Went through and cleAned the carb, Go to fire the bike it won’t start, check for spark and nothing .(maybe an electric issue the whole time)
Spark Plug is fine (tested on another bike)
Tried a new coil/ nothing
Tested continuity to all the wires up to the ecm. All good, no shorts.
Testing the output wires of the stator blue wire and white wire =0.015 resistance.
Unplugged kill switch/tested
Odd thing is when plugging the coil in it will give you a shock. Not every time, after kicking it unplug it and then when you plug it back in.. weird, nothing should store/produce energy when the engine isn’t being turned over or running.
Any help with this one would be great
