Hey gang, if you're trying to send a message to another user about their bike or part for sale, and message them via the site, here's how it works.
Buyers: All private messages are sent via email. You'll be at the mercy of how recently the selling member has updated the email address that they signed up with.
Sellers: All private messages are received via email. Is yours up to date? Check in your profile. If you're not seeing messages arrive, also be sure to check your junk mail. Also, in your profile, make sure that you're able to receive messages. In your profile, go to Settings > Manage Notifications, and make sure the notification is set to yes (see below).
