Cr125 wont idle?

I have a 1999 Cr125 that will not idle for nothing. I know 125s dont need to idle forever but it literally drops completely off as soon as you shut off the throttle. Air screw makes no difference at all, nor does the idle adjustment knob that is combined with the choke. I would just like it to hesitate for a second or 2 before completely cutting out.

PJ carb? Check the choke/idle knob unit. Needle on the end can break off.

It is a PJ. I checked and the unit looks fine.
