Using 47mm spring forks on 16 kx450f but need help!

I'm wondering which triple clamps I need to use on my 16 kx450f so that I can use the 47mm 09 kx250f Showa spring forks. I read that the triple clamps off the 09 250f are 22mm offset and the 16 450f is 23mm offset. So i can't just buy the top clamp.. so my question is, can I buy a complete triple clamp set up off a 09 kx250f and mount them on the 16 450f? Or do I need to look into after market clamps?

I have yamaha SSS forks and everything to put them on your bike if your looking for a conversion

stock kawi clamps, honda brake hanger Yamaha complete front wheel and disc Yamaha axel
