Here are my thoughts on the riding and gear from another great night of racing in St. Louis.

Why does everyone get flamed (rightfully) when they come in a public discussion forum and spam their business except Pulp?

Not sure why anyone feels the need to hate on anyone posting motocross content on a public motocross forum... but if I had to answer your question; it's because PulpMX moto media empire that Steve and crew have built, kicks ass.

Because Vital is running a business, posting a lot of the exact same content (testing, reviews, pods, interviews, bike articles, etc) as Pulp.

It just seems weird to me that Pulp gets a pass to draw eyeballs away from a competitor....

Maybe it’s just me.

Let's really look at this...

Steve posts when there is a PulpMX show or to let others know about Fantasy opening up.
Sure, this *can* benefit our bottomline but it reciprocally benefits the user/fan whether they pull $$ out of their pocket/Paypal/Venmo/Bitcoin or NOT.

Tony posts his Classic Steel or recent race thought's stories, for discourse.
We don't ask him to and have honestly never had a discussion about it.

While I can't speak for Steve, I think 90% of what I do for Pulp and on my own is completely different than anything you will find at Vital, RacerX, or SwapMotoLive. This little race thoughts column is something I like to do every now and again but it is not my main focus. I Love Vital and all the other sites as well and think the sport is too small to cut each other's throats.

I think we all support each other and I regularly promote articles by all four major sites on my social accounts. Yes, it is all a business but we are better when we work together to grow the sport IMO.
