Where to have custom jersey IDs done?

I am looking to get a custom jersey ID. It would need to be designed, not some generic "custom" one you see online. I had one company burn me after I sent them two new jerseys. Picture is what I'm looking to have made. Please shoot me recommendations! Thanks

Have you tried local? Usually your local sign/vinyl guy can do it or send you somewhere close that can. Much easier than sending jerseys somewhere IMO

Literally any shop that makes the shirts for your local school sports team can do this.
