1991 CR125 - HPP Power Valve Instal Query?

Trying to install power valve linkage and set pinion lever gaps. Not sure If my power valve arm is sitting correct.

The manual says to push power valve arm down to connect, but as you can see I have to pull it up?

Anybody help?

Ok I worked it out. The powervalve linkage wasnt sitting in the governor correctly. Had to take clutch case off, correctly insert it and it now seems ok.

I can get the 2mm gap on the spring on the Right hand side, but cant seem get a gap on the Left Hand Side one. Any suggestions?

maybe they need adjusting. im not sure of how to do iy on the 125 but im sure its a well trodden path and a google search should come up with a set up guide.
