This will be a slow build over the winter, but hopefully it will be done by next season.

Here is my 2017 ktm150 with 65 hours on it.

I plan on a full strip down and refresh as it's getting a bit tired. I'm going to get the frame painted in its standard grey colour or maybe red (haven't decided yet) and silver rims. My inspiration is a modern take on a 80s/90s ktm, I still haven't decided on the details yet, but something like this is the inspiration:

Not sure on graphics yet, obviously mounted on white plastics but I'm going towards these:

Already looks like a great bike, couldn’t help but notice those forks. What are they?

I think that they are just standard aers that are anodized gold, they do look good. They are set up pretty well too.

Broke my left wrist and mangled my right hand so bad it's swelled to the size of a balloon. I lost the front in 4th gear on a surface that was pretty sharp, I slid across the track through a load of slop and ended up about 7 metres from bike. Got up and my hands were a mixture of mud and blood.

Needless to say it's put the build on hold as I have lost the dexterity in both of my hands for the time being 😂 not sure when I'll get back on top of this build now.

Cheers! Turns out my right hand is fine and it might be some ligament damage in the left wrist but I can lift things with it so I'll be back on this now.
