Help with year of Honda cr125 engine

As far as I know Honda would attach a tag on the left case not stamp it right on the case. Those case #'s (especially the first two) look a little strange. I think the cases are interchangeable from 90- 02 but that cylinder looks like 2000-02 since it dosen't have hpp valve.

im going to be purchasing a replacement casing for that side any ways at some point , i got sold it as a 2003 , but from what i can tell for most parts that is a stand alone year , but unsure how i can find out for certain what year it exactly is , in order to be able to get the right parts, the 02 looks the same as the 03 but there is some difference on it some where
