Its got the crf 250 twin chamber forks , the crf tripple clamps man and crf 450 caliper / master cylinder/ lever and brake line so just about the full crf front end apart from the disk rotor .

So i've just about read every cr 125 thread on here and other sites to find out the best carby & jetting .... i'd just like to throw it out there and thank EVERY ONE that has ever posted a thread about these 2002 cr 125's as they have saved me big time in wasted jetting / needles / and most importantly not to much time experimenting 👍👍👌👌 thanks heeps.
So here what i've ended up with engine wise

Stock bore ( with new nickosil coating ).
Stock reed cage ( with carbon reeds) .
Stock head .
5mm mx bones pipe spacer
Dep pipe
Pro circuit muffler
Ported the transfer ports
99 cr 250 keihin pwk 38mm airstriker carburetor
Jets =
45 pilot
185 main
Air screw 1. 3/4
Suzuki rm 250 needle NEDJ
2ND clip position
O yer and the 99 cr 250 carby comes with a 5.5 slide stock .

If you want some more mid power shim the governor spring 3mm to open the power valve about 500-700 RPM’s later. That was a tip from Nino I tried and worked pretty good. It’s pretty much a free mod to try. On my 07 I also added the STIC metering block and JD STIC specific needle and that mod 100% works. The bike pulls harder on top with more over rev. The key is the newer .113 tube and JD STIC needle. Put on the 05-07 air boot, that’s another cheap mod and will definitely help. And good job on the bike by the way👍🏼👍🏼

Hi man , o yer 4got to put in there that yep i've done the 05-07 airboot mod 👍👍 works great . Its got plenty of pull thats 4 sure .
Whats the .113 tube your talking about ??
& what might be a STIC metering block ??
And with talkimg about the governer spring do you meen that arm that opens up the power valve ?? Would you have any pics of someone thats shimmed it and what to shim it with .
Thanks heeps .
Ps
I had a 2008 yz 125 that i bought brand new back in 2009 .... owned it for 5 years, did 120hours on her , great bike loved it but would have to say thks one with the suspension and engine mods has hit the lead on my favorite bike i've owned :-)
