if james needed reed to finish 2 or more spots back james would be an idiot NOT to try something....anything to win that title. right LB?

LarryB has been copping a lot of shit on here lately.Whether he deserves it or not is not for me to say but he should have the right to respond>just like anyone else here should.
It does seem funny that he should even bother to post what he thinks here as he knows what'll happen.

Hope he does the Nats. which you would have to think he is lining up for.

So when Chad speaks his mind, he's a whinger? But because Larry is James' manager, he can say what he likes and its fine? Lame

Okay, I hate to say it, but I talked with one Rockstar Makita Suzuki team guy in the airport on Sunday morning...he said he thought the race was already over at the point when Kyle came into the picture. And no, I'm not giving up a name.

It's irrelevant. Why the hell, would a lapped rider, do that. Why couldn't he just stop where he was in the corner. He stopped to let James by. Wait another .5 of a second and Chad would of gone by too. Barely any time lost. You see lapped riders stop all the time and let the leaders go by. He did half a job. Let James by, then raced Chad. Team tactics obviously.

Reed gave up right when Kyle came into that corner too fast and ran up on him. Chad is King of the excuses. That was his why of saying "I could have won this Championship, but since Kyle got close to me James won". An excuse, is an excuse, that's it. It's not fact. The fact is, Reed lost maybe a half second when Kyle scared him and that's it. Take your stopwatch and time the gap between James and Chad entering the corner and then time the gap exiting the whoops. You'll see.

Sorry for blowing your forum up GuyB, but I just had to say something.
Larry, you're showing the cards for both you and your team. You say Reed gave up when Kyle came in on him. Well, Stweart gave up when Reed came in on him outside Thunder Alley there. It was a perfect excuse and perfect opportunity for Stewart to say "Chad took me out." and I lost the C-Ship. If he actually went down and or out of postion for the C-Ship, or DNF'd from the crash, he would have his perfect excuse or appeal large enough for the AMA/FIM to listen. It's a great strategy and if you're saying Chad had the same strategy or excuse, fine no problem. I'm sayng it came from the source which is LB. It's the common denominator here. The same plan, same excuse, same strategy, where did Chad learn it from??????? Same place Stewart learned it from I suppose.

Stupid riding on Chisloms part and tainted an otherwise unbelievable Championship comeback for James Stewart from AH1. Reed still had 8 laps to catch Stewart and was on his back wheel coming out of the turn and never got close again. If hes so fast why couldn't he run down Stewart? Reed undoubtly intended to take out Stewart as revenge and he had no chance what so ever of catching Villo!

So Bobby do you think that he should even bother calling Chad a dirty rider ? Do you think he thought that when Chad was on his team? Or was it OK then Grinning

Of course it was "ok". Heck, Larry taught Reed his dirty tactics. Rubbin's racing larry boy, which im sure was your excuse all those years ago.

One thing is for sure. This season (and this thread) has been very entertaining. Almost like watching a good cartoon.

There is some serious slurping on page 3. I find it odd that reed is called a whinner as certain other guys come on a public forum and...whine. LOL

BobbyM....thanks for posting the video of KC. it's clear that he should have let Stewart and Reed by. KC should have let Reed by easily and should not have been racing the leaders into the following corner.

The "mistake" KC made was that he interfered with Reed and not a riding mistake over the jumps......

No official press release or explanation from the team will convince me otherwise....sorry.

and sorry that my response is 2 weeks late.

Just about absolutely fuckin speechless...

Wow, Larry, call it how you will, you're not helping anything by carrying on like this... Ever heard the internet is a no win war?

Think most people were dissapointed with SLC and Chisholm cause the race was really close, with 5 laps left... say Chad sticks there, James has another meltdown, or even, heaven forbid Chad actually beats James, we goto Vegas tied and that is better for everyone...

The whole time you shoulda just said we didn't order it, Kyle made a mistake and said it again... Calling Suzuki whiners, Chad dirty, or gawd knows what else you've just spewed in here just makes you look like a mug... that's the truth, believe it or not, from a fan you probably don't care about anyways...

Of course James or anybody would have tried to make something happen. For Larry to come on here and talk shit about Chad is stupid as hell. He needs to look at the JS and RC greatest passes thread before he gets all holly. Larry forgot it was Chad bringing home the bacon for him for a few years. James better hope RV doesn't start kicking his ass, Larry will toss him to the side like a wet dish rag!Whistling

I think it was 05 that would give us some indication (maybe 06.) I remember watching a race where he was still technically in it. He went out and beat RC, and Reed. They rode the train all the way through the race. Stewie got the world championship that year with RC winning the title. I forget how many points were involved, but it was a great year, again with crashes being Stewies main downfall.

This year it seemed like Chad had enough, but he wasn't willing to hurt somebody over it. His interview pretty much says the same thing. I never understood where the whole "Reed is a crybaby" thing came from. I think we saw two pros do what they do. Chad hoped that Stewie would get pissed and ride over his head and crash again, Stewart rode for 3rd place for the first time....EVER. After all of the nights of 110%, he deserved it.

The guy had 11 wins on the year, tell me that he didn't deserve the title. Reeds move wasn't bad either. Anyone want to say that Reed isn't smart enough to take somebody out in a 180 instead of a sweeper? He was trying to get under the skin and not go for a full on take out.

Eddie, I already clipped one guy today for making accusations that there was no possible way for him to back up. Maybe you should avoid that same mistake? Smile

This is crazy. Larry, let it go. You'll never change anyone's mind. For you or against.

2 champions in 2 years..That's your job. Public perception is for a P.R. guy to stress about. Can you imaging reading "Team Manager of New AMA SX Champion has massive heart attack" this weekend. Doesn't make since.

Go fishing, take a trip, ride a horse, take James to a tittie bar (and Kyle if he can fucken behave himself Tongue ).

Have fun with it...but just stay out of places like this. You're killing yourself and it's not necessary.

Yet, you sit there and let Larry talk smack about Reed. LOL! There is no possible way for Larry to back up the statement that RV and Alessi will smoke Reed outdoors. but hey, whatever floats your boat.

LarryB doth protest too much.

Anyway. Team tactics or not, JS won and I'm happy for him and the good racing at the end of the season. Hopefully next year will be just as exciting. Smile
