Suspension help! 2018 crf250r

This maybe a noob question but here it goes,
I was riding at the local track the other day and as I was landing on most of the jumps my bike would get quite wobbly almost? I’m sure I wasn’t bottoming out but the bike was acting like it, I’m 160 pounds and I’ve set up my sag on the bike and have stiffened it up a bit but haven’t gone out since. I’m wondering what could cause the bike to land and go squirrelly like that? Rider error maybe? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

The front and rear suspension need to have a "balanced" feel. So if you are adjusting the rear, you may need to adjust the front also. Most adjustments are generally made to the compression adjusters. You could also try changing the height of your fork tubes in the clamps - lowering them just a millimeter or two makes a noticeable difference , with more stability.

I will definitely stiffen it a little more, could my rebound be set a little quick aswell?
