Edited Date/Time 8/19/2021 2:30pm
Went ahead and trade in my 2016 RMZ250 i used to do harescrambles for a real harescramble bike. 2018 KTM 150XC-W. Gotta love the E-start and light/nimble feel of this bike. All aspect are better then the RMZ. Can't wait to actually race it in spetember.

Your knowledge of offroad scooters is outstandable. Much grammar. Very encouragement.

super fun!! Couple pics in the sandtrack from last week end!

Don't mind the shift jacket, it was about 35 farenheit outside. pretty cold compared to our usual 80+ racing temp.

I just bought a left-over '18 150 XC-W. Can't wait to enduro and hare-scramble it as soon as this stinkin' snow gets out of here.

End up doing any other mods? So far, I've worked on the jetting- did all the "Jarvis" mods from KTMTalk, TMD skid plate, disc covers/protectors, ARC levers.

Hope you like it has much as i do! I did not do any other mods. JD Jet kit and KTM skid plates are the only things i added to it from factory. I might try to find a oem muffler and cut it out to make a shorty, it gives a little bit of bottom end apparently

Here are two videos of my pretty slow speed. First one is where we go practicing straight from home, its about a 2min ride from my house.

the second video is at a buddy's place.

On my way to watch. I've gotten about 2 hours on it around our ranch but I lost my helmet cam in an enduro a few weeks ago, so no footage. Got another enduro coming up March 9 in TX and I'll use the KTM there. So far I'm liking it. My son has the '19 150 SX.

You are going to love it. I was riding 4st KTM's. Turned a KTM 125SX into a woods bike, it ripped. 150 has got to be ideal

Hi Arrow, so how did it go? I have been racing cross country a few years on a 16 350sxf. Just got an 18 450sxf for MX. Bought my son a 19 125SX for MX. That is one fun bike. Makes me think about trying a 150XCW for cross country. What are your thoughts? Hard to keep up with big 4 strokes? Most of our races in north Texas a fairly open, some slower but now slow speed stuff (no rock gardens).

It went really well. Haven't ridden much in 2019 due to new job. But it's still the best bike I've rode. It's faster then a 250 4stroke as long as it's not a KTM ! Haha

I'm absolutely STOKED all around on my 17' KTM 150XCW for racing harescrambles. I went from a 250XC to the 150XCW and was able to ride at a faster pace and for much longer and didn't tire for the duration of the races.
