Any cast it to their TV with Chromecast? Wondering if it works before I buy. Or is there another way to do it?
Thanks
Chromecast works great! Or I recommend a Amazone fire stick as you can just load the app on to that. I have used both of these with zero problems. With chromecast you can also stream it straight from your phone as well.

I also have a simple question for those who have it. If I get home 30 minutes after it starts for example, can I start it late and catch up to live or do I have to wait for the broadcast to end before I can start from the beginning?
On the app on your phone or tab you cant skip back to beginning during live play. But if you watch on your computer via logging into nbc gold via the website you can go back to the start of the race during live broadcast if you miss the first half of the race. I did it a lot during the nationals this year.

Dose anybody know how many devices can stream at the same time?
Do believe only 1, they are smarter than letting a bunch of quad riders steal their programming by all sharing a username and password.

I do that at my parents house. It works but I sometimes shave trouble getting the stream going.

To me... the no BS way to do it is a HDMI from a PC directly to the TV or a device with the app installed (Apple TV, Rolu)

Is that a definite answer?

I have used the Gold package to watch English Premier League matches for the past 2 seasons, and if I come in late after kickoff, I can slide back & watch from the beginning like a YouTube video. Then at the Half, I'll just hit "Go Live" and it'll skip to real time.

I am thinking about adding it so I'm hoping the SX/MX runs the same way.
I was going off my experience with the Gold App for Pro Motocross on Fire TV but it sounds like it may be possible based on what you and a few others are saying. I hope so!

Yes, it seems that based on the above information, we are both correct. I watch only on my PC/TV set-up via the website, so I've always been able to skip back & forward. I've never had to use the app.

My only concern (for you cord cutters) is that events that are being broadcast on regular TV via NBCSN channel require a log-in to my Dish Account to confirm that I have a subscription to that channel. Again, I'm basing it off of my experience with English Football, so Moto (hopefully) is different. Matches that aren't being shown on TV are accessible via the NBCSN Gold system, but matches being broadcast on TV require me logging into a regular NBCSN subscription to view them.

I'm sure you guys have more info than I do, but it would suck if you find out Saturday night that the Gold App redirects you to log in using Dish/Comcast/Another Provider.

Actually starting tomorrow (1/4) the NBC Sports Gold app is going away and all of that content (including MX/SX) is moving to NBC Sports app. This is good because the NBC Sports app is available on a lot more devises (including Xbox/PS4) compared to NBC Sports gold which was available on fewer. At least that is how I understand it.
My girl got me an Apple TV for Christmas I’m stoked for it!
