I would understand If aus could send their current top riders, but they send therir B(or C) team? Might as well use it to celebrate the last mx race of the best aussie to ever throw a leg over a dirt bike!

I know for a few hundred bucks you could get some people from Kurri to "persuade" MA into letting him ride or, lobby the gummint to turn Tasmania into a territory like Puerto Rico... It's not even attached fer piss-sake.

Dude does well in a mudder one race and eveyone thinks "hes back". Hes not. Hes been a lapper for years. Its over Rambo.
Let's make a bet.

2019 SX.
Every race where Chad gets lapped, i pay you 10$
Every race his does not get lapped, you pay me 10$

Should be easy money for you, right?

you realise Tasmania is a part of Australia right? Just like Hawaii is part of America.... although Beaton is Tasmanian, so would be halfway there with a good team if Tasmania is its own country but it's not.

Would have been great to see Chad go around one more time for Australia. I think a team of Reed, Ferris, Lawrence was our best chance of a podium.

Motorcycling Australia have again shown themselves to be incompetent with their scheduling. It’s a credit to our riders that we continue to punch above our weight on the world stage even with such a poor governing body.

Reed, Marv, and A Mart or Hampshire for Guam would be cool to see.

It's not that it's a B or C team. To me the difference is, we're probably not a threat, so the opportunity to say goodbye was real.

If it's Ferris, Lawrence and Beaton, and we're talking about dropping one of them for Chad, well, you're taking away a shot at a podium... Fuck that.

Of course anything could happen but the current team is probably not as good as that, and seeing it's Red Bud, probably Reed's last year coming up and definitely the last chance to race the MXdN I'd have liked to have seen him get the nod.

We're not in it, so it's almost a parade anyways, why not let him have a farewell?
