2014 yz250f fuel filter

Hey guys I had problems with my bike cutting out and realized the fuel filter is black and needs changed but I can not seem to find a filter anywhere! Also does anyone think I should change the fuel pump also if the filter was really dirty or should it be okay? Thanks for the help!

Most OEM filters for the fuel pump only come as a part of the fuel pump assemble and thus can't be purchased as a separate part.
Also install a fuel filter sock for your fuel tank.

Someone around here with a Yamaha should be able to tell you, I know the filters in the KTM/HQ are generic ones thus making it possible to purchase third party brands instead of having to buy the whole assemble.

You have to buy the fuel pump assembly, Fuel filters are not available separately!

Wow that bites, just looked up OEM parts for that bike and indeed the fuel pump is all one unit. This suprised me because I actually replaced the fuel filter in my 2011 CRF. Next step I would take is finding a used fuel pump on EBay/Offer Up/CL
