Polygraph..... Then publicly post the results if they are in your favor Whistling WADA won't accept it, however in the court of public opinion you will be innocent, but still be suspended for four years.

yes their rules state that a rider "should" thoroughly read and understand what is in the product, but reading that much detail it can be easy to miss a detail or even miss something that is on the laundry list of banned substances.

Secondly, the substance he was popped for has been out of use for a long time, and at best would be difficult to find and not worth the danger of popping hot when there are newer substances that are legal that can be used.

No it hasn't. It is buyable today. It can be bought right now as 1,3 or 1,4 versions of "DMAA" or even the newer 1,5 and 1,6 versions of DMHA. Which are just Heptane and Hexane versions with different amounts of carbon molecules.

So your saying that they add that to Hershey’s chocolate milk that I buy at the 7-11?

Its pretty hilarious all the people saying that the three guys busted is no big deal. I'm a stew fan but Adderall is taken widely by college students and by people on Wall Street as well as many athletes to improve focus and mental performance which would undoubtably be an advantage in Moto. There is currently a movie on Netflix called "Take your Pills" on the very subject. The DMAA is maybe not as enhancing, I don't really know a lot about it. Either way, They are banned substances and its the athletes responsibility to be clean. As far as the penalties I believe its better to have extreme consequences. They can't possibly test everyone all the time so with extreme consequences you can dissuade people from doping. I can guarantee that everyone In SX is double-checking their shit right now. Apparently everyone else who's been tested realized the risks and have ensured they are clean.
“Take Your Pills” focuses on people without an attention deficit disorder abusing drugs like adderall, instead of people that do have ADD that actually need it...
“Take Your Pills” focuses on people without an attention deficit disorder abusing drugs like adderall, instead of people that do have ADD that actually need it. It’s been widely discredited by critics as a result. Just because it’s on Netflix with a high production value doesn’t mean it’s a factual documentary, they picked instances that fit their narrative.

James had a prescription for it from his doc, right?
You do realize the facts are adderall is the fastest growing ped In sports and 8/10 people who have a tue dormit don’t need it. Odds are James cheated just like broc tried to cheat. Not sure you guys are aware of what goes on with professional athletes. Some are clean many and I mean many in all sports are not

Surely he can read and comprehend things. I can't see a reasonable excuse. If he wants to go the route of "I didn't know" then maybe he should go ahead and start asking for that Kardashian lawyer after all.
