Grass start

Remember that pile-up in the small bore class at Indy? shit happens...

Nope, its the nature of the beast. Grass starts are treacherous, regardless of tire choice.

Line up for a scramble with 50 bikes and its covered with morning dew,,,,, that will keep you honest with your brakes.......

i already said this in a earlier post, and i stand behind it--there's NO WAY that happens if that start (at least entering the first turn) was churned up dirt. he slid on the grass, it really is that simple. and i personally don't think any tire would have made a difference, or holeshot device, or james letting off early, or any other things people have come up with. he slipped on the grass.

That grass start rules. To bad they cant leave the track and plant grass on the entire thing and then just mow it every year.

from what i saw, his front wheel was in the air when it locked up... grass or no grass, he was crashing in that first corner
