For those who like college football there is show over in Knoxville. It will be interesting to see if the fan base rants and running a new coach out of town before he even gets to town will become a trend.

Looks like UTK is going to have to pay a buyout before the guy even coached.

Lots of coaches got fired over the weekend.
Millions upon millions of contract dollars being paid out now.
Fuck education funding. Football is importanter.

True, but this situation was different. Never seen an AD back out so quickly knowing he is going to have to pay. Plus, still paying the guy they just fired. Now the AD might have lost his job as well (been there for 9 months). Quick action over football and the fans negative feedback.

I won’t take this down a political rabbit trail, but it was amazing to the quick actionand the willingness to spend millions over a subject like college football. Doesn’t happen often.
