TTX shock in steel CR250?

Hi,

Just came across this TTX swap. Anyone got some info about this? They are quite a bit longer, guess shimming them shorter internally would decrease the stroke too much...

Just compared the 08 CRF450 TTX shock I have, to my 96 CR250 shock. Appears to be about 2" longer, maybe a custom made lower clevis is the route to go. Just a guess on my part, obviously no idea what the donor model shock is.
