The MSR Brand is being licensed to Rocky Mountain ATV/MC so don't panic you will still be able to get the gear from them it just wont be a sponsorship opportunity anymore.

so does that mean it is only available to consumers exclusively through RM or will other dealers and online guys be able to buy it??

More than likely it will become a house brand for rmatv so it will only be available from them.

Unfortunately they're dead in Canada... Basically just Fox, Thor and FXR now. Same gear, colors and patterns at all dealers now...

Alpinestars, Shot, Answer, Moose and Scott gear available as well. Troy Lee Designs closed up shop in Canada but there is still a rep selling to dealers. Seven gear as well. Whew, I'm spent!

Walk into any dealer in BC and it's 90% Fox, Thor and FXR... Moose? I haven't seen a Moose set of gear in years as well as ANSWER. Scott made a push a few years back but not as heavy as they once were. As for Shot, Motovan is working hard to get their gear in dealers and for the most part they've been successful, but you still only have limited floor space...Maybe the bigger dealerships can find room but there are only a handful of those...

Indeed Fox is still the biggest seller out there. Parts Canada is doing Moose gear but I don't really see that going anywhere. Kimpex has taken taken a couple house brands from Tucker Rocky which includes Answer. Just may see more of that dealers? I remember back in the day Answer used to be pretty big in Canada. Time will tell. The Shot gear is actually not that bad looking imo. Semi off-road Euro look to it.
