I may confound but i think there is a thread not too far with him about his bike being stolen in a tunnel at anaheim then recovered ; if so you should ask directly, any fund for privateers is to go to the next races.

Trying to make money out of Moto memorabilia is as low as it comes
The stuff you are lucky enough to have, there will have been some one out there who would of gave anything for it, and it ended up with you.
The only way this stuff should leave you is if it benefits charity!
Your a wasteman!
If it's taking up room and you need the space I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction to put em up for auction and give the proceeds to Nelsons cause!

If "they would have given anything for it".......tell them to call this guy, he will take $500 for each one

I said "gave anything" if you wanna quote, bro!

But just maybe they're a 12 year old fan who gets pushed out of the way by grown men at the races who are desperate to grab something they can drop on eBay come Monday morning!
So they probably wouldn't have the 500!
But your probably one of those pushing guys!

But, you probably know better than me,
I mean it's probably fair game watching grown men push kids out of the way

But then I probably know nothing
Coz I've probably been no where or seen anything

Your right bud,
Were do I send my 500

Lighten up, Francis. The newest piece of gear the OP mentioned was a BQ jersey, so he's hardly pushing 12 year old kids out of the way so he can steal their shit shit and sell it on eBay Monday morning. The shit that riles some of you guys up is astounding.

To get a feel for the market you might check ebay for the riders you have and watch what some of the items they have signed sell for. You will see people ask huge amounts for some stuff but it never sells for those prices. But just watch a few items and when they do sell you will have a ball park idea at least.

Ebay is the best place for moto memorabilia. You will get what the masses are willing to pay for it so that will tell you what it is worth. Put a reserve on it if you don't want it to go for under a certain price

The older a rider becomes and the further out of retirement he gets the gear will be worth less. Moto fans forget pretty quickly about past champs
