Do you hear the fuel pump working?

What made it stop working? Where you riding, washing the bike or was is just in the garage?

Yup need a few more details. Does it have spark? Compression?

First excuse my terminology because it's probably not gonna be the same as yours but the Fuel pump is definitely working pulled the gas line and it was shooting out , i went to a race Saturday night came home backed truck in my garage and didn't unload it till the next day, washed the bike , I had the air filter off but I had one of those twin air air box covers on it , and put the plastic back on , finish washing the bike and hit the electric start button when I was wiping off the handle bars while the cover was still on the bike . I haven't checked the spark plug , and I don't know how to check compression

For compression wise when we lost our topend u could hear it spinning much faster than normal so I knew it wasn't right. Also are u getting a code from your light behind number plate? Maybe it's possible some wire connection came loose?

it was 1 long 2 short the whole time while I was riding and racing it , but I noticed it the day before the race looked it up in the manual and it said it was a tempature warning

when I noticed it I noticed it in my room when I hit the electric start and it was 67 degrees in my house so I shrugged it off As the bike being too cold . But it never went away while I was riding or after I warmed it up .

Sounds electrical to me then. Maybe a sensor is bad and not allowing the bike to start

Pull all connections apart and use contact cleaner and compressed air.
Since you are going to take the connections apart use dielectric grease around the
connections. If that doesn't work and you still get backfiring, then it may have jumped
time on the cam. Check timing marks

Check your woodruff key on fly wheel

When you have strange issues on these bikes, always check the spark plug cap.  They commonly crack on the inside after being pulled out and inserted numerous times.
