Right or Left

I've wondered for years how predominant hand plays out in professional motocross. Is there any information on the sports greats as to whether or not they are right or left handed? At first impression it seems easy to say right handed people have an advantage because of more throttle control, but is there anything to back it up? I could also argue that more control over the clutch might be an advantage, especially in the lites class when everyone is pinned anyways.
