Watched the 450SX highlights from last weekend and noticed his brake lever does that as he's going down. Seems kinda weird. See for yourself, about a minute in

I think he stuffed the front so hard it caused the lever to fold out for a second.

OMFG!!! This clearly shows Ryan's hand squeezing Eli's front brake causing the crash. If you magnify to 5000x you can clearly almost make out Marvin ready to hold Eli down, on the ground, for 13 seconds. God Damned KTM. Blink

Maybe he had a issue with the brake and that what caused the crash,
To my knowledge Eli has never been one to talk bad on a bike or team,
So if it was a brake issue we will probally never know
So best thing we can do is blame it on those invisible gophers

Maybe you guys have never ridden a dirt bike? At least haven't washed out before. My lever has never bent outward while I was washing out. Not like anyone here has an answer as to why that would happen, all of you responded for attention.

Did you watch the video? When the front tucks it stuffs in the rut, stops his momentum and the lever starts to fold out. Try running your bike into a wall to stop the momentum and you'll see the lever do the same thing, if you have a fold out lever. Get someone to video it and post it here.

Am I the only one that sees a freaky looking partial baby face in the right of the picture behind Eli's head? It looks like part of a baby's face with it's tongue sticking out. Maybe I've watched too many of those ghost chasing TV shows.......
