Most 125s use aluminium plates. The grey colour oil is normal and just where they've worn. Nothing to worry about. It's leaking because you've disturbed something, not fitted it correctly or reused a gasket or seal.

If there is water in the transmission oil you've gotta strip it down and find the problem. The only point where oil is separated from coolant is at the water pump shaft seals. Make sure the shaft isn't worn, being an older model the seals could have worn grooves in the shaft and new ones won't seal.

I am sure about the oil colour. If coolant came out of the gearbox when you drained it then you've answered your own question and there is still a problem.

I've stood over fitters replacing these on centrifugal pumps many times and the problem if it leaks when it has been replaced is usually the ceramic ring. The ceramic ring for the mechanical seal needs to be perfectly square and isn't a job than can be done in situ, or inserted with a mallet and a socket. Also the same for the bearings although the chances of those needing to be replaced are slim. The shaft shouldn't be worn by the seal as it's hardened and the seal is only rubber. If you removed the cover to do the job and refitted it without changing the gasket then that's why that leaks, buy a new gasket when you do the job.

I recommend that you take it to a shop or you'll be forever chasing your own tail.

Yeah but my mechanic put some water in the radiator to start the bike at first after that we put coolant in it he said the coolant will flush the water out is that correct or could be why?

You still have a leaking water pump. Just because you've replaced the parts doesn't mean you've done the job correctly. I recommend that you take it to a shop.

It won't be hardened it will be just a low grade stainless, and yes the shaft could still be worn. Just because one is steel and one is rubber doesn't mean the softer one will wear before other, I've seen numerous instances where the shaft has a groove worn into it by a rubber lip seal, stub axles, water pump shafts, differential axles etc. Next time you change your front or rear wheel look at the aluminium spacers that go inside your hub seals. Unless the bike is brand new or you replace the spacers regularlyI almost garuntee there will be a groove worn in it.

So are you thinking its a groove that is worn on the pump shaft? That is cause a leak to the bottom of the clutch cover??

Going to have to tear it apart and inspect. It could be what we have stated above but a tear down always confirms the problem.
