just talked to his mechanic and as of right now leighton is in good sperits andtalking. he broke his t-6 and t-7 in his upper back and as of right now has no feeling from the bellybutton down.. stay strong buddy if anyone can get though this you can....

He is a solid rider for Team Babbitts/Monster Energy/Kawasaki arenacross team. He missed out on some mains earlier in the year, had a bad wreck in Baltimore that injured his family jewels, but he came back strong. He was making the mains and running with the best of AX in the past few weeks. I don't know him personally, but wish him well.
