I like the newer generation frame a tiny bit more, but I don't like the start of Honda's pointy plastic trend, especially on the side panels. Here is the pic of HRC's all time ultimate 250 2T build.. they only built one prototype.

That looks great, how did u clean your frame and swing arm to look like that? I'm building a 125 at the moment and about to start on the gram this weekend?
Any info will help

To keep the stock brushed look, most of us are cleaning with aluminum cleaner (mild acid), then using a red 3M pad and WD40. You soak the 3M pad with the WD40, then wipe clean with a soft rag. You need to wash the aluminum cleaner of quickly with water or it will spot/ stain the metal.

Thanks, the Mikuni jetting specs are;

Main jet: 430
Pilot jet: 30
Needle: 6BEH1-75
Needle clip: 2nd position
Air screw: 1.75 turns out

I doubt you will have any carb complaints after this if you are near sea level.
