If they do, it'll be based on the best available forecast(s) at the time. Where I'm at (about 15 miles from the stadium) it hasn't rained for a few hours.

No I am not making that up. They won't know till they pull the covers and see how bad or good the track is but that is one of the possibilities. Haven't talked to anyone in a while so don't know the plans now. Just heading to the track in a few minutes and will update when I get there.
