Wanted: 1985 CR250 CDI

I am looking for a CDI box for my 1985 Honda CR250 and I'm having no luck finding one. Currently there are none for sale on ebay, so i figured I would check here and see if anyone has one lying around?

I hoped another year might work, so I ordered a 1984 CDI as it looked almost identical, but it doesn't work. Does anyone know of a conversion that would work if I can't get a 1985 one?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I could not find any second hand ones right now as far as aftermarket ones that would work. Check out Zeel tronics it's a programmable unit.

I have a cdi for a 1985 cr125. I have no idea if it will work ??

I think the 125 CDI has a different timing map so it wouldn't work.

I ended up finding a full 1985 ignition system on ebay so I ordered that. I also found a company making a aftermarket one.

Apparently they make them to order, but they are available. Unfortunately I found that after I ordered the full ignition.
