2006 rm125 flat, cuts out, and tossed rod bearing

Bought a 06 rm125 pretty clapped out. Got it to idle and run okay in the mid range while on stand in neutral. When riding power was very flat and started to cut/miss from mid thru top. Took it apart to rebuilt rod bearing wasn't very good. Bought a complete hot rods top and bottom end. Used a 03 left case half since the 06 one was kinda chewed up. Put it all back together oiled everything and it rolled over smoothly. Ten minutes in to break in it started to miss/cut out again and right after that it destroyed the rod bearing. Any ideas on what's causing it to miss/cut and why it blew up?

Anything other than OEM cranks are a crap shoot if they fail, especially if you don't check the crank for trueness. Did you lube the lower end bearing when you assembled it? What oil and mixture are you using? Did you use new seals when you put it back together?

Everything was new and lubed. I use maxima castor 927 at 32:1
