I changed the inside of my van again. This is a pic without the bike and bed inside.

That's really nice and clean looking. Is that a full wall? What's the front look like?

Hey thanks! Ya it's a full wall 2 inches thick with a piece of plexiglass on each side to let light through to the back. Then i made the hole on the bottom so heat goes through. I will post a pic of the front soon.

Toyota hiace, it's a super fugly van, but it does the job. nothing fancy in the back, just offset the front wheels so the bars don't hit when I have 2 bikes in there.

this is my hiace I had for ten years, photo was taken in 06 right before I sold that bike, then decked out the can as a camper with a bed fridge, gas cooker ect... then drove around Australia in it. after the trip is converted it back into a moto van. I think out of everything in this photo I loved the van the most!

Is it an extended model? Looking forward to seeing the pictures of your front set up.

No its not an extended model but i wish it was though. The front is just 2 seats with the wall right up against the back of the seats. If you go to the first page of this forum and near the bottom of the post you can see my set up how i put my bike and twin bed.

What a sweet van! I'd love to have something like that. Digging the licence plate. Hope you still have it!

I have a Ford E 150 2005 with 75k miles. Been building it slowly, but the problem is that now that it is usable, it is harder to spend a day off working on it than riding at the track.
Here some pics of it. I have LED inside and HID beams in the front. The back part is a little messy but everything serves its purpose. I'm waiting to build the futon in the front and carpet everything.
I bought a standard size and as you can see it hasn't affected me at all with fitting and space.

The back part

fully loaded

tool box set up

have the straps always ready

Front part still on the works.

my work table, used for putting the portable BBQ or leaving bolts if anything

My 2015 Ford transit t350 high roof extended with the 3.2L powerstroke diesel. All interior work was done by me and a friend. This is my second transit and it's an awesome van, this is my daily driver. My first one had 105,000 miles with zero issues (can't say the same for the sprinter I had). One thing is you never have enough storage! Bough it before thanksgiving and have about 10,000 miles on it already. Fits four big bikes and 5 road bikes from the ceiling.

Where did you get those cushions for the seat?

Went to the fabric store and bought foam and cut them to size with an electric knife and wrapped them in fabric like a present. Used a half inch piece of plywood as the base and pulled the fabric tight and stapled the remaining fabric to it. I can take detailed pictures tonight if you would like.

Oh that makes sense. No need for pics I get the concept I'm going to try and do that when I get my futon built

Curious to know how many of you daily drive your vans? I've been debating on trading in my pickup for a newer e series or express..

I daily drive an extended Express van for my business. Parking can be a bit tight in downtown, but otherwise, I actually prefer driving it to my car. If a 4wd conversion was as easy as it is on an E series, I would very seriously consider just pimping out the inside and keeping it as my only vehicle. My only holdback being it's wrapped like a mobile billboard for my business and there are times where I don't want that kind of attention.

I'm wondering the same thing. The Dodge Promaster w/Diesel engine is really appealing to me, but I would have to get rid of my truck.

I've had my extended ford e250 for almost 6 years as a daily driver, I have it decently dialed in with a wall, can racks, hooks, finished whole inside and have bench seat in front that folds out, also replaced front seats with captains chairs.

I might sell it in next year or so and get newer transit the high top and longer length would be nice but a loan wouldn't be lol.
