Picking up 'Tour Tag' - SX event

Hi crew

Stoked to have booked a ticket for my first ever AMA SX event - Oakland Feb 4!

I added the Pit Pass and Tour Tag as extras. Can anyone shed light on how you pick up your Tour Tag? Is it customised to your seat location, or just a generic souvenir you can collect at will call? I am in Australia, and didn't see any 'delivery options' for the TT during purchase via Ticketmaster.

I have sent SX an enquiry, but any advice welcome.

Hey mate, I got the tour tags also as part of our A2 tickets. I selected the print at home option for tickets and the tags still came in the mail a few weeks later. They are not linked to your seat number at all.
