Hinson basket and cover in limited class?

Rule book is kinda foggy. Said aftermarket parts are OK, as long as they are made with the factory type materials. So can we run the Hinson clutch setup? It is made from aluminum.

No, wounding if you can use the complete clutch kit. It is the same style as the factory and both are made out of the same stuff. Does anyone know if I can run the whole thing in the Limited Class?

You have to run the stock clutch basket, inner hub, and pressure plate. You can run aftermarket clutch plates, but nothing else aftermarket clutch related internally ie: fibers and metals can be changed, as long as they are the same material as the stock ones......some metal plates are steel and some are aluminum. you can run an aftermarket (Hinson or other) engine cover..ie: right side clutch cover

Pretty sure that is correct.......Tim will slap me around if I'm wrong...Smile
