They interviewed one of the usa team members, they said jason was talking just after the incident, seems to be ok.

Anyway the moment i saw him rolling the finishline jump and nearly stopping i knew something bad would have happened.

100% His fault.

The broadcast showed him rolling up to the jump and going very slow, the back marker should have noticed this and realized he wasn't going to jump it. I really wouldn't put the blame on anyone and I'd say you're on crack if you think it's Jason's fault entirely, we've seen riders roll the jump as they win time and time again, it's not uncommon.
