Kx125 help needed.

Hi everyone, I've got a problem with the 2003 kx125. I'm building up a spare motor and have everything but a left hand crankcase. You can find the right hand cases all day. Hoping someone may have or know someone with an extra set of cases or just the left hand case laying around. 2003-2005 will work. I have everything else for a full motor, the search has been on for months and I have come up with nothing. Thanks in advance for the help!

Look on E-bay. I see several left and right cases listed there for your engine. I see some mis-labeled as well.

Thanks for the reply. Thats the first place i always look. I have torn ebay up for weeks. I see no left hand /stator side crank case there...not one and have not for a while. If you do see a listing for a LEFT hand 2003-2005 please send me the link because they are not showing up for me.

I see where a set of cases for that bike are still available from some OEM outlets. Bike Bandit shows them and will ship in 7 days for $580.

Yes, the new option is always a rode I could take. But that's why I made this. I wanted to see if anyone had a used case. I already have a good right hand side case so I don't need the full set. You can only buy the full set from kawi. I have every bearing for the cases so I'm just looking for a used one that I can strip, throw in the soda blaster/polished, then I'll turn down and match the mating surfaces of cases and build it up from there. I can basically make the used set of cases as good as a new set for a fraction of the cost. $580 is crazy for new cases. It's a spare motor so buying a brand new set is unrealistic in my situation, unfortunately I have to use this spare motor soon.
