Its time for a new chest protector. I currently wear an older MSR hard plastic protector that is basically a copy of the old school HRP Flack Jack. The one I have is clapped out and no longer available. I'm 6'5" 225lbs and most protectors are super small on me and barely go past my chest. I would like to continue to wear a plastic over the jersey type with some sort of shoulder protection. Anyone have any recommendations?

I'm barely 6'3" and have never found a good solution. Come to think of it, probably would look just as goofy having a long one as it does sporting a normal sized one....

I'm 6'4" with long torso and run a troy lee and like it. I use to have the HRP in the past and it was nice just a little bulky in the shoulders. Setup: I run a tight under armor style rash guard, troy lee kidney belt and then troy lee chest protector and then put the jersey over that. I'm in Arizona where it is hot as hell and it works just fine with a vented jersey. I feel like it's good protection, but I haven't wadded it yet to give you good feedback....hope that doesn't happen. Good luck dude.

I have the Fox Pro frame. It fits well and does its job. I wish it was a little more vented. Do your self a favor and at least try one on. Its very comfy.
